Our 30-Day Aesthetic Guarantee We want you to love your CuratoSpace piece as much as we loved creating it. If an item doesn't perfectly fit the aesthetic of your home, we’ve got you covered with our extended return window.

- 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your vase must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, and in its original, protective styrofoam and cardboard packaging.

- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Broken Items (Instant Replacement) Vases are delicate, and we understand that rough transit can occasionally happen. If your order arrives broken, cracked, or defective, please do not worry:

1. Do not ship the broken item back.

2. Simply email us at contact.purehorn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged vase and the packaging.

Our team will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund at absolutely no extra cost to you.

Easy Return Process

 To start a return, simply contact us at contact.purehorn@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
